MEET AMY

Amy Beechy has been making positive changes in communities for almost 20 years.  As the creator of one of Indiana’s first business incubator programs, Amy created a support system for entrepreneurs that included education, funding, and counseling. She then worked with community leaders who created entrepreneurship programs for all ages, beginning with 3rd grade students.  These programs were recognized throughout the state of Indiana for their progressive and comprehensive approaches to entrepreneurship.  Amy started her own consulting firm in 2009 and has engaged in projects focusing on entrepreneurship, downtown development, education/training, healthcare and marketing.  Clients include economic development organizations, community foundations, chambers of commerce, united ways, and healthcare organizations.

Amy says she loves working with clients to create positive, measurable impact in our communities.  “It’s very satisfying to see a well executed project change lives by making small business dreams come true, advancing opportunities through education, or increasing quality healthcare outcomes.”Amy has won multiple awards for her work, with fancy titles like board member of the year, small business champion, business woman of the year, and excellence in leadership award.

Clients describe her as efficient, understanding, sharp thinker, great planner and organizer, passionate, someone who brings fresh ideas, high performer and results-oriented.

For fun, Amy loves to get away to the big city or secluded in nature.  She has a passion for performing arts and also enjoys audio books, comfort food, comedy, good conversation, learning about other cultures, and exercising when it’s cleverly disguised as physical labor that accomplishes something.  Most importantly, Amy looks forward to working with you!
